**COMMBUYS INFORMATION
COMMBUYS is an online system run by the Operational Services Division of Massachusetts. This free platform allows bidders to make an account and submit documentation electronically and receive updates as addendum are posted. All questions from Bidders can be submitted at anytime until the due date for questions on the COMMBUYS portal. All bids are locked from view by the LRTA until the date and time of opening and can be edited by the bidder until such specified time. The Bid can be found by going to COMMBUYS, selecting bid solicitations in the search bar, and pasting in the Document # listed below.
