In compliance with Departments of Transportation’s 49 CFR part 23 and 26, the Lowell Regional Transit Authority will be holding a meeting of contractors and interested parties to discuss the three year DBE goal setting process, for Federal Fiscal Years 2022, 2023 and 2024 (Oct. 1, 2021 – Sept. 30, 2024).
