Parking

The LRTA garage now has a pay on exit system.  Instead of paying for your ticket as you enter, you will take a ticket upon entrance into the garage and will pay, either on your mobile device or at our pay station location on the third floor for the time you spent in the garage.  The following is a chart of the hourly rates, with a daily cap of $13 per day.  After 24 hours in the garage, your ticket restarts the hourly clock and adds that to your previous parking total.

(For example: If you stay in the garage for 25 hours, you will be charged $15, if you stay for 28 hours, you will be charged $18)

Rourke Garage: Due to COVID-19, this gate is closed and all access needs to be through the Thorndike Street Gallagher Garage entrance.

 

Monthly Passholder Information:

If you currently have a monthly pass, scan your pass on entry and exit to gain access to the garage.  If you are not a monthly passholder but are interested in learning more, please review the information below and contact us with any questions.

Commuter Monthly Passholders:

$70.00 / month for pre-assigned passholders
There is a one-time $10 activation fee for the monthly pass
Must provide proof of MBTA Commuter Rail Pass
Pass does not apply for overnight parking, additional fees apply
(If you need to park overnight, please contact the Parking Coordinator at (978) 459 – 0164   ext. 206)

Thorndike Residents Monthly Passholders: 

$95 / month for pre-assigned passholders
There is a one-time $10 activation fee for the monthly pass
Must provide a copy of your lease to qualify
Pass provides 24 hour parking, including overnight
