To enter your bid electronically, you can make a free online account via the Massachusetts State Purchasing Portal.  Bidders interested in submitting their bids electronically can make a free account, view the documents posted on the portal, and submit / revise their submitted documents up until the stated deadline, at which point the portal will lock for bidders and send all final copies of bid submissions to the Procurement Director for review.  The Procurement Director cannot view the bids prior to document deadline time.
