The LRTA is happy to announce that we will again provide shuttle service to and from the Lowell Folk Festival to better serve our passengers.
In addition, several of our routes will be diverted due to road closings.
Please check our website for unanticipated road closings or event updates.
FREE Folk Festival Bus Shuttle
Shuttle service will be provided from the LRTA Kennedy Center/Gallagher Terminal to the Folk Festival area at the following times:
Friday, July 29 – Noon to 10:30 PM
(10:30pm will be the last bus to the Kennedy Center)
Saturday, July 30 – 11:00AM to 10:30 PM
(10:30PM will be the last bus to the Kennedy Center).
Sunday, July 31 – 11:00AM to 7:00 PM
(7:00PM will be the last bus to the Kennedy Center.)
Parking is available at LRTA Gallagher Terminal Parking Garage
115 Thorndike Street, Lowell, MA.
Parking Cost is $10
If you are using the MBTA Train, please coordinate your trip with the MBTA schedule. You are responsible for knowing the MBTA commuter rail schedule.
