LRTA Road Runner ADA Paratransit Services

 

Road Runner ADA Paratransit services are provided as required by the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. This curb to curb Paratransit service is available to persons with disabilities who are unable to use the LRTA fixed-route bus service. All vehicles are equipped to provide service to individuals with wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

Reservations can be made up to one day prior to trip and cancellations are required at least 2 hours in advance.

Fares cost $2.00 (in-town) or $3.00 (out of town).

“New” Rider Value Purchase:

Purchase 10, $2.00 “Ticket-to-Ride” cards, riders will receive a 20 percent discount at the time of purchase. Frequent rider will get a $20 value for $16.

Purchase 10, $3.00 “Ticket-to-Ride” cards, riders will receive a 20 percent discount at the time of purchase. Frequent rider will get a $30 value for $24. 

 

Eligibility is required before using the Road Runner ADA Service and an appeals process exists if an applicant is initially denied service. To apply for ADA services please call (978) 459-0152.

LRTA will provide all documents in accessible formats if requested by the applicant.
